Do TGI Fridays frozen snacks come right from the restaurant?
TGI Fridays frozen snacks are manufactured by the The Kraft Heinz Company, L.P. under license from TGI Friday’s of Minnesota, Inc. All Fridays frozen products are inspired by the restaurant menu and are approved by the restaurant chefs.

Do you have to store all varieties in the freezer?
Yes. For the safest, best-tasting products, they should remain frozen until ready to prepare and serve.

Where can I find the best-if-used-by date?
For the quality, flavor and freshness you expect from Fridays®, it’s best to use the product within the Best-By time frame. On every carton or bag, there is a Best-By date stamped on the package to help guide you.

Can I still eat it after the best-if-used-by date?
We would not recommend using the product after the Best-By date. It will not have the quality you should expect from our products.

How many varieties are there?
There are more than 25 varieties of snacks.

Can I cook any varieties in the microwave?
Yes. Cheese dips, steak and chicken nacho toppers, loaded fries and sliders were made for the microwave and can be cooked in 8 minutes or less. For your convenience, chicken wings, boneless chicken bites and mozzarella sticks also can be cooked in the microwave — but our chefs recommend the oven for best results.

Can I cook any varieties in the toaster oven?
Yes. Unless otherwise noted, if you can cook it in a conventional oven, you can cook it in a toaster oven.

Can I cook any varieties in a deep fryer?
Yes. Deep fryers make our crispy items even crispier! Check the package for instructions.

Do any varieties come with sauce on the side?
Yes — lots of them. Our signature sauces are just another way you can bring the fun of Fridays® home.

How do I prepare the sauce?
Easy — just submerge the packet in a glass or bowl of warm water while your food is cooking. Then tear the seal and pour the amount you need.
